Lost Pet Polish

Hey everyone!
It's been a while.  Since the end of class I've been working on this shot, trying to finish it off amd call it "done".  I haven't gotten to animate the turtle yet but I've been trying to get the mechanics and weight working on the boy.  Let me know what you guys think over all.

Fear Dialogue Polish

Hello Everyone!

So I have taken this about as far as I know how and now need to get some new eyes on it. Any notes or suggestions you would be willing to provide would be AWESOME!

EDIT:
So I have made some changes based on feedback from my peers. Two major ones i that I offset the dialogue forward by 2 frames. I have heard that can help with reading the lipsync.

I have also added about 1.5 seconds to the end. A big note I got from people was that it cut off right when it was getting good so I wanted to add a second or two to kind of milk the ending. Let me know if you think that is a good plan and I will animate another 50ish frames!

Hello Victor and fellow AC alum.  I realize its been almost 2 weeks but I needed to get this to a place where I could get some feedback that will take me to polish.  Just want to say thanks Victor for some great lectures and some really great insight on what you look for and how you go about animating.  Also, thanks for the great walk through at PIXAR- thats something I'll never forget.  Last, thanks to the great work by my fellow peers, it was really inspiring seeing what you all brought every week to class.

Help with reference for my character

Hey Victor! I hope you're having a lovely weekend!
On my lunch ladies shot; I feel like I'm still not getting specific enough with my character that hates her job. I chose to name her Pearl. My mom watches loads of tv and movies and she suggested I look at Flo from the show Alice. Do you have any recommendations?
I feel like there's a big discrepancy between what I see and what I'm animating. I see and understand characters have unique choices and attitudes but I don't feel like I'm getting that into my work.
I would love to hear any suggestions you might have!!!

Hey everyone! I just posted my newest pass at the dialog shot. I addressed all the body notes from class, worked more on the eye/brow animation, and added mouth animation. I've been looking at it for too long now, and it feels pretty good to me so please let me know if you see anything that bugs you!
